The SWITCH 2005GT from SALZ Automation was specially developed for industrial networks with high demands on speed, stability, and reliability. With 5 Gigabit Ethernet ports, the unmanaged switch enables fast and stable data communication in machinery, plants, and automation systems.
Thanks to its plug-and-play functionality, the switch can be put into operation immediately without any configuration effort. Support for auto-negotiation and auto MDI/MDIX ensures easy integration into existing networks and maximum flexibility in cabling.
The robust metal housing with IP30 protection was developed for demanding industrial environments and offers high resistance to vibrations, temperature fluctuations, and electromagnetic interference. Additionally, features such as QoS for PROFINET and GOOSE, as well as Jumbo Frames, support efficient and prioritized data transmission in industrial Ethernet networks.
Due to its compact design, the SWITCH 2005GT is ideal for space-saving installations on DIN rails in control cabinet construction and in industrial applications.
