Active Power Monitoring Relay G4BM480V12ADTL20 – Power Monitoring for 1- and 3-Phase Networks
The G4BM480V12ADTL20 24–240V AC/DC from TELE is a multifunctional active power monitoring relay for monitoring motors, pumps, fans, and other electrical loads in industrial facilities. The device detects actual active power and reliably identifies overload, underload, no-load, dry running, and decoupled loads.
The monitoring relay is suitable for 1- and 3-phase networks up to 480V AC and features a universal supply voltage range of 24 to 240V AC/DC. The digital display allows for convenient parameterization as well as direct display of measured values and operating states.
Integrated temperature monitoring using PTC sensors allows for additional monitoring of motor windings. Adjustable startup bypass times, separate trip delays, and a fault latch ensure maximum flexibility and operational safety. The device is also suitable for use with frequency converters with frequencies from 10 to 100 Hz.
The compact design, with a width of only 45 mm, enables space-saving mounting on DIN rails in control cabinets. Two changeover contacts ensure reliable signaling and shutdown in the event of malfunctions or limit violations.
