Power Factor Monitoring Relay G2CU400V10AL10 – Cos-φ Monitoring for 1- and 3-Phase Networks
The G2CU400V10AL10 from TELE is a high-performance monitoring relay for monitoring the power factor (Cos φ) in 1- and 3-phase networks. It was specially developed for detecting underload conditions and is ideally suited for monitoring pumps, conveyor systems, fans and other drives.
The device reliably detects load drops, no-load operation, dry running, and disconnected loads, thereby protecting machines and systems from damage and unnecessary energy consumption. The response threshold for the power factor is adjustable, as are the start-up override time and the trip delay.
In addition, the relay has a switchable fault memory function (latch) and detection of interrupted loads. Multiple LED indicators enable quick diagnosis of operating states and faults. The device is also suitable for use with frequency converters from 10 to 100 Hz.
With a compact width of only 22.5 mm and DIN rail mounting, the monitoring relay is ideal for use in control cabinet construction and industrial automation systems.
