Active Power Monitoring Relay G2BM400V12AL10 – Overload and Underload Monitoring for 1- and 3-Phase Networks
The G2BM400V12AL10 from TELE is a multifunctional active power monitoring relay from the GAMMA series for monitoring electrical loads in 1- and 3-phase networks. The device reliably detects overload, underload, and disconnected loads, making it ideal for pumps, fans, conveying systems, and industrial machinery.
By directly measuring active power, the relay monitors the actual power consumption and enables precise status monitoring of motors and loads. Four measuring ranges from 0.5 to 4 kW, along with an adjustable threshold, allow for flexible adaptation to different applications.
The device offers overload monitoring (OVER), underload monitoring (UNDER), and additional detection of disconnected loads (I=0). An adjustable start-up bypass of 1 to 100 seconds and a trip delay of 0.1 to 50 seconds prevent false tripping when starting motors and systems.
Multiple LED indicators provide information on supply voltage, output status, detected load interruptions, and fault conditions. The relay is also suitable for use with frequency converters from 10 to 100 Hz and features an integrated fault memory.
With a width of only 22.5 mm and DIN rail mounting, the device is ideally suited for control cabinet construction and industrial automation applications.
